Megaware KeelGuard 20707 Keel Guard 7ft Charcoal Boat Hull Protector

The Megaware KeelGuard 20707 is a 7-foot, charcoal-colored DIY keel protector designed to shield the leading edge of your boat's hull from the damage caused by sand, rocks, concrete boat ramps, and oyster beds. Sized for use on boats 19 to 20 feet in length, this abrasion-resistant strip bonds directly to the keel, defending the gelcoat finish from wear that can allow water to penetrate and destroy fiberglass laminates beneath.

Patented Engineering with 3M Adhesion Technology:

• Developed in collaboration with boat designers and 3M engineers for optimal performance
• Constructed from a precise blend of abrasion-resistant polymers and urethanes for maximum durability and pliability
• 3M pressure-sensitive adhesive permanently bonds and seals the KeelGuard's contoured edges to the hull surface
• Patented hydrodynamic drag-reduction design features angled grooves that create air pockets for a slicker surface — no reduction in boat speed
• Self-sealing contoured edges provide a seamless, professional-looking fit
