Megaware KeelGuard 02663 SkegPro Stainless Steel Skeg Protector

The Megaware SkegPro 02663 is an 18-gauge stainless steel skeg protector designed to shield your outboard or sterndrive motor's skeg from the damage and abrasion that comes with real-world boating. Whether it's ramp dragging, hidden rocks, submerged debris, or sand, this guard takes the abuse so your skeg doesn't have to.

Key Features:

• Heavy-duty 18-gauge 304 stainless steel construction for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance in harsh marine environments
• Mirror-polished finish enhances appearance and gives your motor a custom look
• Conforms to your lower unit to ensure no discernible drag or loss of engine performance
• Drain hole prevents water from collecting and remaining stagnant inside the guard
• Self-locking hardware keeps the protector securely in place once installed
• Quick DIY installation — installs in less than 10 minutes using basic tools
• Three-year limited warranty backed by Megaware

The SkegPro is engineered to prevent costly skeg repairs and replacements by absorbing damage before it reaches the motor. Compatible with select Evinrude/Johnson, Mercury, and Yamaha outboard motors — see compatibility details for fitment guidance. Made in the USA by Megaware KeelGuard, the brand behind the original KeelGuard keel protector.
