The web form for selecting the Bill to and Ship to addresses is terrible. When I hit the proceed button to go to the confirmation stage, the website said that the addresses did not match the credit card, so the Autoplicity process failed. However, I received an alert from my credit card that it had been charged. And it charged again once I figured out how to use the un-intuitive Autoplicity form. Please do not charge my credit card twice.
Also, the site said that the parts were in stock. I ordered the part on Tuesday and received the confirmation that I would be notified when the parts shipped. On Friday, I had not received a shipping confirmation, so I called customer support. They said that the part shipped on Thursday and had to manually send a shipment confirmation email to me.
