The Sierra 18-1204-1 is a marine exhaust manifold mounting gasket designed as a direct replacement for MerCruiser and OMC stern drive applications. This gasket seals the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head on GM 2.5L and 3.0L (153 and 181 CID) 4-cylinder engines, helping maintain a leak-free exhaust system and protecting engine components from exhaust gas intrusion.
