Digital Yacht ZDIGSTNUSB SeaTalk 1 to USB Converter Interface

The Digital Yacht ZDIGSTNUSB is a dedicated SeaTalk 1 to USB interface that allows you to connect your Raymarine SeaTalk 1 instruments and autopilots directly to a PC or laptop via USB. This compact adapter bridges the gap between legacy SeaTalk 1 bus devices and modern navigation software, enabling full data logging, monitoring, and integration without complex wiring or additional converters.

SeaTalk 1 is a proprietary single-wire data bus used by Raymarine instruments to share data such as depth, speed, wind, and heading. The ZDIGSTNUSB translates this data stream and presents it to your computer as a standard serial (COM) port, making it compatible with a wide range of Windows-based chart plotting and navigation software applications.

Key Features:

• Converts Raymarine SeaTalk 1 bus data to USB for PC connectivity
• Appears as a virtual COM port on Windows — no special software protocol required
• Compatible with popular navigation software that accepts serial NMEA or SeaTalk data input
• Compact, plug-and-play design powered directly from the USB port — no external power supply needed
• Ideal for connecting legacy Raymarine autopilots, chartplotters, and instruments to a laptop or desktop
• Supports data monitoring, logging, and integration with PC-based navigation software
• Simple three-wire SeaTalk 1 connection (12V, Ground, Data)

The ZDIGSTNUSB is an essential tool for sailors and boaters who want to integrate older Raymarine SeaTalk 1 equipment with modern PC navigation systems, NMEA data loggers, or onboard computer setups without replacing existing instrumentation.
