Permatex Penetrating Threadlocker 290 is a low-viscosity threadlocking adhesive designed to secure and seal pre-assembled fasteners. This wicking-grade formula penetrates threads through capillary action, making it ideal for locking bolts and screws that are already installed and cannot be disassembled.
