Timbren Industries FF350SDC Front Suspension Enhancement System for Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty

The Timbren Industries FF350SDC Suspension Enhancement System (SES) is a front axle suspension upgrade designed to improve vehicle handling, stability, and load management for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. This system replaces the factory front bump stops with advanced hollow rubber springs that deliver a progressive spring rate, automatically adjusting to load conditions.

Key Features:

• Hollow Aeon rubber springs with progressive spring rate technology that increases resistance as load increases
• Prevents front-end sag, bottoming out, and excessive sway when towing or hauling
• Rated for 3,000-5,000 lbs capacity depending on application
• Zero maintenance required - no air lines, fittings, or pressure adjustments needed
• Simple bolt-on installation in approximately 30 minutes using basic hand tools
• Laser-cut steel mounting brackets with precision bending and powder-coat finish
• Maintains excellent ride quality both loaded and unloaded
• Backed by lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship

What's Included:

• (2) Hollow rubber Aeon springs
• (2) Rubber spacers
• Mounting hardware

Unlike air bag suspension systems, the Timbren SES kit offers a true "set it and forget it" solution with no ongoing maintenance requirements. The hollow rubber springs are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and rugged conditions, making them suitable for towing, hauling heavy loads like snowplows or aftermarket bumpers, and even light off-roading applications.
