Timbren Industries FF550SDH Front Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren FF550SDH is a front suspension enhancement system designed for 2WD/4WD Ford F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty cab and chassis vehicles. This SES suspension upgrade replaces the jounce stop on the frame and ensures superb ride quality – loaded or unloaded. Rated for 11,000 lbs. capacity per pair, this front suspension kit is specifically engineered to prevent dangerous front-end sag and sway caused by heavy loads.

Key Features:

• Includes 2 patented Aeon® hollow rubber springs
• Delivers a progressive spring rate that pushes back harder as load increases, eliminating squat, sway, and roll
• Laser cut steel components are precision bent and powder-coated for quality fit
• Requires zero post-installation maintenance and can be installed in under 30 minutes
• No airlines or fittings to leak, simply bolt on with basic hand tools
• Prevents front end dropping and helps maintain stock height
• Backed by lifetime warranty covering defects in material and workmanship

The hollow rubber springs mount between the truck frame and axle, working in conjunction with existing leaf springs as a bump stop to improve ride quality and protect springs against overloading. This is a severe service kit designed for aerial device applications, making it ideal for vehicles equipped with snowplows, salt spreaders, or heavy aftermarket accessories. Each kit is complete with all necessary parts and instructions for easy installation.
