Timbren Industries DR3500CA Rear Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries DR3500CA Suspension Enhancement System is a rear axle upgrade designed to eliminate suspension sag, reduce body roll, and improve load handling on Ram 3500 trucks. This kit replaces the jounce stops on the frame and consists of hollow suspension rubber helper springs to eliminate sag and sway.

Key Features:

• Rated at 8,600 lbs capacity for heavy-duty hauling and towing applications
• Patented Aeon hollow rubber springs cushion and absorb road shocks and automatically adjust to uneven loads and road conditions
• Unlike air bags, requires no post-installation maintenance with no need to run air lines, check pressure, or watch for leaks
• No drilling, no air lines to route - simple bolt-on installation
• Progressive spring rate design - the more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs the harder they work to prevent rear end sag
• Backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service

What's Included:

• 2x Aeon® hollow rubber springs, 2x Steel mounting brackets, 2x 1" rubber spacers, and all necessary hardware

The DR3500CA provides a "set it and forget it" solution for truck owners who tow fifth wheels, haul truck campers, or carry heavy bed loads. The system automatically adjusts to provide reliable cushioning with light loads while delivering maximum stability when hauling heavy cargo. Installation typically takes about 30 minutes using basic hand tools.
