Timbren Industries DR2500D Rear Suspension Enhancement System Kit

The Timbren Industries DR2500D Suspension Enhancement System is a rear suspension helper spring kit designed for contractors, ranchers, and tow-rig owners who demand maximum load support without compromising ride quality. This kit provides progressive load support that automatically engages under heavy loads, keeping your truck level and stable when hauling equipment, materials, or towing trailers.

Key Features:

• Patented Aeon hollow rubber springs that progressively stiffen under load to reduce sag, sway, and rear roll
• Maximum load capacity of 8,600 lbs for serious hauling and towing applications
• Maintains comfortable unloaded ride with designed gap between spring and frame
• Zero maintenance design—no air lines, compressors, or pressure adjustments needed
• DIY-friendly installation in under 30 minutes using basic hand tools
• Includes all necessary hardware and powder-coated steel mounting brackets
• No drilling required for installation
• ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturing quality
• Backed by lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Unlike air bag systems that require ongoing maintenance and monitoring, the Timbren SES kit is a true set-it-and-forget-it solution. The hollow rubber spring technology automatically adjusts to uneven loads and road conditions, providing improved roll stability and reduced body roll when you need it most. This system enhances your vehicle's suspension without increasing the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), so always ensure your total load stays within manufacturer specifications.
