Solas 170230 OC-RB Pressed Rubber Propeller Hub for Johnson & Evinrude

The Solas 170230 OC-RB Rubber Hub is a pressed replacement propeller hub designed for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. Engineered from a strong and durable rubber compound, this hub delivers reliable torque transfer while providing the slip protection needed to safeguard your drivetrain in the event of a strike.

The rubber bushing is designed to press into the propeller hub bore with minimal effort using the appropriate installation equipment, yet resist spin slippage under normal operating loads. Because installation and removal require a hydraulic press, this service is typically performed by a propeller shop or marine dealer.

Key Features:

• OC-RB designation — Category C rubber hub for Johnson/Evinrude outboards
• Suits 13-tooth spline propeller shafts (C Group)
• Compatible with both Solas and OEM (original equipment) propellers
• Advanced rubber compound formulation for strong grip and durability
• Press-fit design for secure, permanent installation
• Not compatible with Rubex interchangeable hub propeller models

The Solas 170230 is a trusted OEM-style replacement hub, making it an ideal choice for restoring a worn or damaged propeller hub on qualifying Johnson and Evinrude outboards.
