Moeller 41229 28-Gallon Marine Water/Waste Holding Tank

The Moeller 41229 is a 28-gallon marine water/waste holding tank engineered for reliable onboard sanitation aboard boats and RVs. Built to meet all applicable U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) standards, this rectangular tank is roto-molded from LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) — a material that delivers superior tensile strength and greater impact and puncture resistance compared to standard plastics.

A key design feature is the 0.30-inch (7.6 mm) nominal wall thickness, which effectively controls odor that would otherwise permeate through thinner tank walls. Standard NPT openings for vent, fill, and pump-out are pre-installed, simplifying plumbing connections. The white polyethylene construction will not impart taste into fresh water or allow waste odors to seep through the hull.
