Raymarine: Decades of Innovation on the Water

For more than 80 years, Raymarine has been one of the most trusted names in marine electronics, serving recreational boaters, anglers, and light commercial mariners around the world. Born from a legacy of precision engineering, Raymarine designs products purpose-built to endure the punishing demands of the marine environment — from saltwater spray and UV exposure to the vibration and shock of open-water passages. Today, the brand maintains a global presence across 12 countries and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible on the water.

At the heart of the Raymarine lineup is an expansive range of marine electronics that covers nearly every navigation and situational awareness need a boater could have. Whether you're weekend cruising on a bay, trolling offshore for big game fish, or delivering a vessel across an ocean, Raymarine has purpose-engineered technology to help you do it more safely and confidently.

Radar, Autopilots & Intelligent Navigation

Raymarine has long been a standard-setter in radars and autopilots. Their Quantum and Cyclone radar series bring CHIRP pulse compression technology and solid-state architecture to both weekend sailors and serious offshore mariners. Raymarine autopilots — spanning the Evolution and Axiom Auto series — integrate seamlessly with onboard navigation systems and use intelligent algorithms to maintain course with minimal helm input, reducing fatigue on long passages. Together, these systems represent some of the most sophisticated navigation assistance available to the recreational market.

Multi-Function Displays: The Heart of the Helm

Raymarine's multi-function display systems serve as the central hub of any modern helm setup. The Axiom and Axiom Pro MFD series offer responsive touchscreens, integrated RealVision 3D sonar, and compatibility with Navionics and LightHouse charts. These displays are engineered to network effortlessly with other Raymarine devices, giving captains a unified, at-a-glance view of navigation, fishfinding, radar, and vessel data — all from a single screen.

Wind Speed Instruments & Marine Data

Precise environmental data is critical for sailors and performance-focused boaters alike. Raymarine's wind speed indicators and instrument systems deliver real-time data on apparent and true wind speed, direction, depth, speed through water, and more. Engineered to integrate with the broader Raymarine network, these instruments feed data directly into autopilots and chart plotters for a fully connected onboard experience.

Accessories & Replacement Parts

Keeping your Raymarine system running at its best is straightforward thanks to a broad selection of electronics parts and accessories. From transducer cables and mounting brackets to network cables, power harnesses, and display covers, Raymarine offers the components needed to install, expand, or maintain any part of your onboard electronics suite. These accessories are built to the same marine-grade standards as Raymarine's primary products.

Why Boaters Choose Raymarine

Proven durability — designed and tested for real-world marine conditions

Seamless integration — all Raymarine products network via SeaTalkng and NMEA 2000

Intuitive interfaces — touchscreen and keypad controls suited to any sea state

Global support — backed by a worldwide dealer and service network

Continuous innovation — regular firmware and feature updates extend product lifespan

Product Details

The Raymarine B175M is a bronze thru-hull CHIRP transducer designed for depth and temperature sensing on fiberglass and wood hulls. This medium-frequency transducer operates in the 80-130 kHz range, delivering enhanced target separation and clarity for coastal and offshore fishing applications.

Key Features:

 • Medium CHIRP frequency range: 80-130 kHz for versatile depth performance
 • 1 kW power rating for deep-water penetration and clear bottom definition
 • 0° tilt angle for hulls with 0° to 7° deadrise
 • Bronze housing with urethane fairing block for corrosion resistance
 • 24° to 16° beamwidth provides excellent coverage and detail
 • Integrated depth and temperature sensor
 • CP450C plug-on cable connector for reliable connections

Installation Notes:

This thru-hull transducer is compatible with fiberglass and wood hull construction. Requires Raymarine A80328 Single B75/B175 Operation Cable (sold separately) for connection to compatible Raymarine fishfinders and multifunction displays. The 0° tilt configuration is ideal for boats with minimal hull deadrise up to 7°.

CHIRP technology transmits a continuous sweep of frequencies, providing significantly better target resolution and fish detection compared to traditional single-frequency transducers. The medium frequency range offers an excellent balance between depth capability and detail resolution for most fishing and cruising applications.
