Quicksilver 8M0125845 Cool Fuel Pump Module for MerCruiser MZ Engines

The Quicksilver 8M0125845 is an OEM-grade Cool Fuel pump and fuel cooler module engineered for Mercury and MerCruiser MZ (Multi-Zone) fuel-injected marine engines. This integrated unit combines a high-pressure electric fuel pump with a fuel cooling circuit, working together to deliver a consistent, vapor-free fuel supply to the engine's fuel injection system.

The Cool Fuel system actively cools returning fuel before it re-enters the tank, preventing heat soak and vapor lock — a critical function in high-performance marine applications where engine compartment temperatures can rapidly degrade fuel delivery performance. This is a direct OEM replacement unit manufactured to Mercury Marine's original specifications.

Key Features:

• OEM Quicksilver replacement fuel pump and fuel cooler assembly
• Designed specifically for MerCruiser MZ fuel-injected engines
• Integrated fuel cooling circuit prevents vapor lock and heat soak
• Maintains consistent fuel pressure for reliable fuel injection performance
• Manufactured to Mercury Marine original equipment specifications
• Direct-fit replacement — no modification required

The Quicksilver 8M0125845 Cool Fuel module is the correct OEM replacement for maintaining peak fuel system performance on equipped MerCruiser applications. Always refer to your engine's service manual for installation torque specifications and fuel system depressurization procedures prior to installation.
