The B&W RVB3305 Companion replacement base is engineered specifically for Ford trucks equipped with the factory OEM four-puck towing prep package. This replacement base is designed to fit the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, with adjustable pivot arms that let you mount the hitch head to fit your application. This is the base component only and requires a separate Companion coupler head (RVC3006) for a complete hitch system.
