The order was placed in fraud and got a email which is great and I appreciate the fact you guys care about people's credit being stolen ! I responded immediately but never got a response. after two days I decided to call but didn't seem to get that much help... 4 days have passed now and decided to write an email. I got a quick response saying product is processing and I would be notified when product has been shipped. The next day the product arrives at my house without me being notified. Two days later I got a email stating product has shipped with tracking number ... Overall the process of retrieving my part was a little confusing but pricewise you guys are the best on the Internet... I would definitely consider buying more products from you but if it isn't such a hassle and/or confusing. Hope you guys get it together so when I recommend you to other friends and family they won't have such bad experience. Thanks!
