Megaware KeelGuard 30540 PontoonGuard Pontoon Tube & Log Bumper Guard 40ft Kit Gray

The Megaware PontoonGuard (MPN: 30540) is a custom-engineered pontoon tube and log bumper guard designed specifically to protect aluminum pontoon boat tubes from the daily wear of docking and maneuvering. This 40-foot kit includes two 20-foot sections and is sized for pontoons from 22 to 25 feet in length. The guard mounts along the sides of the pontoon tubes, creating a durable barrier against dents, scrapes, and abrasion caused by docks, other boats, and submerged obstacles.

Key Features:

• Ultra-tough 1/4-inch polymer composite construction — resists impact, abrasion, and chafing in harsh marine environments
• 3.5-inch width with machine-contoured sides — conforms tightly to the tube surface for a clean, seamless fit without sealants
• Integrated 3M® reflective safety strip — enhances pontoon visibility in nighttime or low-light conditions, whether on the water, beached, anchored, or trailered
• UV-stabilized Gray finish — resists fading and color degradation for long-lasting appearance
• DIY installation with 3M pressure-sensitive adhesive system — no professional installation required; typically takes 1–2 hours
• Kit includes: (2) 20-ft PontoonGuard sections, Scotch-Brite pad, burnishing tool, 3M Primer 94, gloves, and warranty card
• 3-year manufacturer warranty — backed by Megaware KeelGuard
• Made in the USA by a family-owned and operated business

The PontoonGuard is compatible with standard aluminum pontoon tubes and can also be applied over powder-coated surfaces when the coating is in good condition. UPC: 672057305409.
