NewMar NP-24 Nav-Pac 24V Marine Power Conditioner & Battery Backup

The NewMar NP-24 Nav-Pac is a 24-volt marine power conditioning system designed to protect sensitive navigation and communication electronics from power fluctuations, voltage spikes, and electrical interference. Marine GPS units, programmable data transceivers, and other microprocessor-controlled devices require clean, stable DC power to function properly. The NP-24 ensures your critical electronics remain operational even during engine starts, thruster activation, and other high-load events that can cause voltage drops and electrical noise.

Key Features:

• Prevents voltage drop-out during engine start and high intermittent loads such as bow thrusters
• Absorbs and protects against line spikes up to 4,000 amps (8 x 20 microseconds)
• Filters electrical interference from audio frequencies through 200 MHz
• Provides emergency battery backup power for up to 15 minutes
• Sealed rechargeable 5.0 amp-hour battery with 5-7 year typical lifespan
• Low-voltage disconnect circuit prevents total battery discharge
• Optional remote monitoring panel available (part number 773-5037-0)

Technical Specifications:

• Output: 24 VDC at 15 amps maximum continuous
• Battery Backup Runtime: 8A for 15 minutes, 12A for 8 minutes, 18A for 2 minutes
