Factor 55 00023 XTV Hawse Fairlead 6 Inch Aluminum Gray

The Factor 55 XTV Hawse Fairlead is a premium winch fairlead engineered for extreme off-road and recovery applications. Precision-machined from 1-inch thick 6000 series aluminum, this heavy-duty fairlead provides exceptional durability and rope protection in the most demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from solid 1-inch thick 6000 series aluminum billet for maximum strength
• Large outer fillet radius designed specifically for synthetic winch rope to prevent abrasion and extend rope life
• 6-inch rope opening accommodates standard winch mounting patterns
• Anodized gray finish provides corrosion resistance and professional appearance
• Smooth, radiused edges eliminate sharp corners that can damage synthetic rope
• Universal bolt pattern fits most winches with standard roller fairlead mounting
• Ideal for UTV, ATV, and light truck winch applications

The XTV Hawse Fairlead's thick aluminum construction and generous radius design ensure your synthetic winch rope glides smoothly during recovery operations while maintaining rope integrity. The robust design handles side-loading and angled pulls better than thin stamped fairleads, making it an essential upgrade for serious off-roaders.
