Product Details

The Coleman 44400 Neutral Ground Bonding Plug is an essential adapter for safely using portable generators with floating neutral configurations. Most portable generators have a floating neutral design, which many surge protectors and power management systems detect as an open ground fault, preventing power flow to your equipment.

Key Features:

  • Bonds neutral to ground for portable generators with floating neutral
  • Allows surge protectors and EMS systems to function properly with generator power
  • Plugs into any standard 15-amp generator receptacle
  • Compact design for easy storage and transport
  • Durable construction for reliable performance

This bonding plug solves the compatibility issue by creating a neutral-to-ground bond when inserted into a 15-amp receptacle on your generator. This allows Surge Guard and other electrical management systems to recognize the generator as properly grounded, enabling safe power distribution to your RV, equipment, or appliances. An essential accessory for RV owners and anyone using portable generators with surge protection devices.
