Awlgrip Quick Build Black Base (OU2000G) is a high-performance, three-component polyurethane priming system engineered for production boat builders, component manufacturers, and boatyard applicators who demand a fast, professional finish without sacrificing quality. Sold as the Base (Part A) in one-gallon size, this black base is designed for use in both the Quick Build Sealer and Quick Build Surfacer systems.

One of Quick Build's standout advantages is its versatility — using just six colored primer bases, over 60 formulated primer colors can be achieved through the MIXIT Cloud color matching system, allowing applicators to closely match any Awlgrip topcoat color. This dramatically reduces the number of topcoat layers required and helps deliver more vibrant, true-to-color finishes with superior hide.
