Awlgrip OU3100Q Quick Build Sealer Converter Quart

The Awlgrip Quick Build Sealer Converter (OU3100Q) is a two-component converter designed for use with the Awlgrip Quick Build advanced sealing and surfacing primer system. Quick Build is a time-saving, versatile primer solution engineered for both small component finishing and full production environments, delivering the professional-grade results Awlgrip is known for in the marine and topside coatings industry.

Quick Build's converter activates the primer base for use as either a Sealer Primer — ideal for new or sound substrates — or a Surfacer Primer — suited for aged or irregular surfaces requiring more fill. With only six colored base components, the system supports 60 formulated primer colors available through Awlgrip's MIXIT Cloud system, enabling close color-matching to virtually any Awlgrip topcoat and reducing topcoat usage through superior hide.

Key Features:

• Converter for the Awlgrip Quick Build Sealer and Surfacer Primer system
• Can be applied directly to certain substrates with no additional primer coats required
• Single-coat sealer application — no sanding required after sealer primer application
• Streamlined workflow: substrate prep → Quick Build Sealer or Surfacer → topcoat, all in a single day
• Compatible with 60 formulated primer colors via MIXIT Cloud for precise topcoat color matching
• Quick-mix color system creates vibrant, closely matched primers in minutes
• Superior hide reduces overall topcoat consumption in many color applications
• Flexible system suitable for production environments and small component refinishing

The Quick Build system minimizes labor time and material costs while maintaining Awlgrip's premium finish standards. This quart-size converter (OU3100Q) is ideal for smaller jobs or production runs requiring consistent, professional results.
