The Awlgrip OU9000Q Quick Build Yellow Base is the Part A (base component) in the Awlgrip Quick Build polyurethane priming system, sold in a one-quart size. This advanced, fast-drying primer is designed to streamline the coating process for aluminum and fiberglass surfaces, making it a go-to choice for production boat builders, component manufacturers, and boatyard applicators.

Quick Build functions as both a sealer primer and a surfacer primer depending on which converter and activator are paired with it — offering two powerful application options from a single base product. The Yellow Base (OU9000Q) is one of six colored base products in the Quick Build system, formulated to be mixed or tinted to closely match virtually any Awlgrip topcoat color, reducing the number of coats required and improving hide.
