took several times to do order, would not correct qty. ending up in ordering only 1 item of the 9 Items I wanted to order. frustrating!!!!!!!! Order finally arrived, what a worthless book, do not waste t\your money on the "Haynes Small Engine Repair Manual 5.5 to 20 HP", it is incomplete, very vage, covers very old engines, biggest waste of money!!!!!!!
