The Sierra 18-1597 is a replacement water pump impeller housing screw designed for Johnson/Evinrude outboard engines. This fastener secures the impeller housing assembly and is a critical component in maintaining proper cooling system integrity on your outboard motor.
Sierra Marine is a market leader in aftermarket marine engine parts, and this screw is engineered to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. It directly replaces OEM part number 302325 and is the same hardware used in Sierra's own water pump kit assemblies, such as the 18-3476 kit.
Key Features:
When servicing your outboard's cooling system, replacing worn or damaged housing screws helps ensure a secure, leak-free assembly. Sierra's 18-1597 housing screw is the correct replacement hardware for Johnson/Evinrude water pump housing service.
The picture showed everything to install showed air bags and only tubing came. Very disappointed. Now I need to return it please.
