Their ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures that quality control standards remain consistently high across all product lines. This vertical integration allows the company to maintain strict oversight of materials, processes, and performance—critical factors when products must withstand demanding marine environments, heavy loads, and years of outdoor exposure.

Comprehensive Trailer Protection and Components

Tie Down Engineering specializes in critical trailer components that keep boats and cargo safe on the road. Their extensive selection of fenders and mounting hardware includes innovative bracket-less designs that simplify installation and provide clean, professional aesthetics. Their trailer components are specifically engineered to withstand saltwater exposure, boat ramp immersion, and the constant moisture inherent in boating activities. Many products feature galvanized or aluminum construction, corrosion-resistant coatings, and sealed bearing systems that extend service life even in the harshest coastal environments. This attention to material science and protective finishes has made Tie Down Engineering a trusted name among boat dealers, marinas, and individual boat owners who demand components that won't fail when it matters most.

The company serves diverse industries beyond marine and trailer applications, including manufactured housing, roofing, workplace safety, and agriculture. I Received the jack with a bent frame and unusable. The right side side plate at the rear caster was bent such that I can't pump the jack. The box packaging looked ok until I took the jack out of the box and tried to operate the jack. I called Brunnhoelzl Racing and spoke with Mr. Brunnhoelzl and he told me to return the jack due to freight damage. I called this morning to your Customer service department and spoke with Elzert who told me to take some pictures and email them to [email protected] as I have. The jack cost me $914.17 and I can't it. Bill Pagnano 707 544-3020
