I'm not sure why it takes so long for them to process orders. Bought my order on the 2nd of September was hoping to get the item by the 6th. Even paid an extra 30$ shipping to get the item early. Even wrote the customer service rep asking how long it would take to get my order after i ordered on the second. No reply from them and they didn't even attempt to process my order until the 5th. I ended up getting my order 2 days later than i needed it and each time i email customer service it takes them a full 24 hours to respond. Not respond within 24 hrs but there is a 24 hour waiting period then they respond. Not sure what it up, so after waiting 2 days after ordering and getting zero response from their customer service over the phone and email i cancelled my order wrote them again telling them not to ship and continue to process the order but they still continued to ship and process my order, 36 hours later i was notified that my package shipped. Now i have to send this stupid thing back and wait even longer for the clowns to give me a refund.
