Hydro Glow SF200B 200W LED Underwater Dock Light 50' Cord Blue

This company is awful!! I purchased a product, recieved an email stating there was a delay and then got an email the next day saying it was in stock and shipped.. stated 2 day shipping which didn’t happen bc there was an apparent train derailment (??) recieved product to put in water to find out the product was actually broken immediately filled up with water and the outside metal parts were rusted (so someone else must’ve returned it and that is why it was restocked so quickly) reached out to customer service through email took a week then received no follow up about what to do so went on website and tried the chat option told they would talk to carrier bc of supposed train derailment even after I explained there was rust on product and showed proof with pictures .. recieved no response .. there is no working phone number to contact this company.. I then contacted my cc company to open a dispute in August (product purchased end of June) and they are fighting it saying that I didn’t return the product .. which I can’t bc they need to approve the return and give a return address to ship it to! They still have not replied to any of my emails chats etc abut they sent my credit card company their policy about needing to have the product returned! This company is awful do not purchase from them!!
