SeaDek: The Original Marine Flooring
SeaDek is widely recognized as the pioneer and market leader in non-skid, anti-fatigue boat flooring. SeaDek operates under its parent company Hyperform, which traces its roots back to 1984 when two brothers in Rockledge, FL founded Wilson Fins, specializing in fiberglass surfboard and sailboard fins. Hyperform was incorporated in 1988, and as the company expanded and new opportunities arose, SeaDek was born in 2004. What started as a specialized foam product for the marine industry has since grown into a global standard for boat deck surfaces.
Innovation Built on Decades of R&D
SeaDek set out to disrupt the marine industry by offering an innovative product that replaced the standard molded-in non-skid and painted-on textures that had been relied upon until that point. The result is a closed-cell PE/EVA foam system that delivers a dramatically different underfoot experience. SeaDek's innovative PE/EVA foam blend is designed to reduce fatigue, and unlike slick traditional molded-in non-skid textures, SeaDek reduces the risks of slips and falls, even when wet.
SeaDek brought many new options to the marine decking industry, including multi-color laminations, the "Faux-Teak" pattern, and brushed EVA texture, causing many leading OEM boat builders to turn to SeaDek as a factory-installed non-skid option — cementing the brand as a standard for quality and innovation. Today, SeaDek is the marine industry's largest, most trusted supplier and installer of non-skid products, backed by nearly four decades of R&D.
Customization Without Limits
One of SeaDek's most compelling strengths is the sheer breadth of its customization options. SeaDek is available in a variety of textures, thicknesses, and colors, and in addition to standard options, SeaDek offers premium features such as triple lamination, custom routing, static laser logos, full-sheet laser patterning, and more. SeaDek's PE/EVA foam is developed in the same factories that supply high-end fashion industry brands with their premium materials. Whether you're outfitting a center console, a bass boat, or a personal watercraft, the SeaDek Carpet & Flooring lineup covers virtually every application.
Beyond the Deck
SeaDek's products are not limited to marine use — anywhere that needs support or superior traction is a fit, and their PE/EVA closed-cell flooring is perfect for RVs, boats, decks, trailers, homes, and wherever else extra standing comfort is needed. The brand's accessory range also extends to the water's edge, with SeaDek Dock Accessories like non-slip dock mats that bring the same trusted traction technology to marina docks and swim platforms.
OEM Trust & Warranty Support
SeaDek is utilized not only by top boat builders in the marine industry, but also by boat owners seeking custom aftermarket products. Made from closed-cell PE/EVA foam, SeaDek products offer comfortable, safe alternatives to traditional marine traction products, and the peel-and-stick system eliminates the need for mounting hardware. SeaDek backs its products with a limited 5-year warranty, giving boaters lasting confidence in every installation.
