Product Details

The YakGear Baja Paddle Leash (BPL36B-H) is a lightweight, hybrid kayak paddle leash designed to keep your paddle or fishing rod secure while on the water. Unlike a basic bungee leash or a rigid sleeve leash, this design combines the best of both worlds — a flexible ¼-inch nylon bungee core overwrapped with a durable nylon sleeve for added strength and protection.

The 36-inch leash stretches from 36 to 47 inches, giving you just the right amount of flexibility and reach without getting in the way. Attachment is simple and buckle-free: the boat side connects via an oversized loop that threads through a pad eye or seat strap, while the paddle side uses a secure Velcro strap for one-piece paddles or slips over the shaft of a two-piece paddle.

Key Features:

  • Hybrid construction — ¼-inch nylon bungee core with nylon sleeve overwrap
  • 36-inch length stretches up to 47 inches for flexible reach
  • No large buckles — won't bang against your hull or scare fish
  • Oversized loop attaches to pad eye or seat strap on boat side
  • Velcro strap secures to one-piece paddle shaft; also fits two-piece paddle shafts
  • Suitable for securing a paddle or fishing rod
  • Lightweight design — 0.20 lbs
  • Color: Black

The YakGear Baja Paddle Leash is an essential accessory for kayak anglers and paddlers who want peace of mind in open water. Paddle not included.
