Ronstan RC72504 Series 25 Composite Jib Lead Car for T-Track

The Ronstan RC72504 is a Series 25 composite jib lead car engineered for 25mm (1") T-track systems. Designed for small keel boats and sportsboats, this lightweight slide delivers a high-performance headsail sheet lead solution without the weight and corrosion penalties of traditional metal hardware.

The two-piece car body is molded from toughened, glass fibre reinforced nylon, providing low friction directly on anodised aluminium track — no separate inserts required. Virtually all metal components have been replaced with high-strength polymer and fibre equivalents, optimised using finite element analysis for maximum strength-to-weight characteristics.
