Brownell Boat Stands SB4BASE Sailboat Stand Base 24"-36" Angled

The Brownell SB4BASE is the replacement or add-on base component for the SB4 sailboat stand series, offering an adjustable height range of 24" to 36". Designed specifically for sailboat and deep-V hull support, this base features a 23-degree angled center pipe that conforms to the curvature of sailboat hulls and powerboat hulls with a deadrise greater than 20 degrees — providing stable, secure support during storage and maintenance.

Key Features:

• 23-degree angled base for optimal contact with sailboat and steep-V hulls
• Heavy-duty 12-gauge steel tubing construction for maximum durability
• Full-coverage paint coating applied inside and out via total submersion for corrosion resistance
• Full-size 1-7/16" Acme threads for smooth, reliable height adjustment — even under load
• Notched cross-brace strut locks in 3/16" security chain with no additional hardware required
• Nestable design allows stands to stack compactly for space-saving storage
• Independently tested and certified to a 20,000 lb (9,100 kg) safe working load
• Made in the USA from first-rate American steel

Base Only — Top Sold Separately: The SB4BASE is sold without a top to allow flexible configuration with your preferred top style (flat swivel top or V-top). Compatible tops must be purchased separately. This modular system lets boatyards and boat owners create the right stand combination for their specific application.

Sailboat stands from Brownell are also an excellent choice for powerboat bow support when the hull features a sharp V entry or steep deadrise. Their nestable, adjustable design makes them a go-to solution for professional boatyards and serious boat owners alike.
