I initially was concerned with the order process. When I hadn't seen a 'product has shipped email ' I decided to call and check the status of my order. From that point on my experience was great. Customer service provided me with all the updates I needed.

as far as the online shopping was easy to navigate and easy to find what we needed and pricing was good. the reason for 4 stars is because I have not received my items yet so we will see how that goes.
