Dexter Axle 5164535 Trailer Axle Beam 2000 lb 87 Inch Hub Face EZ Lube

The Dexter Axle 5164535 is a D20 series straight trailer axle beam designed for light-capacity trailer applications requiring 2000 pound weight capacity. This axle beam features an 87-inch hub face to hub face length and is equipped with Dexter's convenient EZ Lube system for simplified bearing maintenance.

Key Features:

• 2000 pound weight capacity (D20 series)
• 87 inch hub face to hub face measurement
• Straight axle design (no camber)
• 1-3/4 inch diameter round tube construction with 3/16 inch nominal wall thickness
• EZ Lube spindle system with grease fittings for easy bearing lubrication
• BT9 type spindle with 1-1/16 inch inner and outer journal dimensions
• Loose spring seats - final weight capacity determined at installation
• Standard black paint coating

The integrated EZ Lube system features specially drilled spindles with grease fittings that allow grease to flow directly to both inner and outer bearings without disassembly. When grease is pumped into the fittings, it channels through the spindle to the inner bearing, then to the outer bearing, and eventually back out through the grease cap for complete bearing repack. This axle beam is sold without springs, hangers, or u-bolts, which must be ordered separately based on your specific trailer configuration.
