Very Pleased with the Fast shipping and the product over all the only thing that I wasn't happy with was the plastic seal at the top of where you put the handle in, it was all broke and it fell off but we weren't going to send it back for that we are just going to live with it but other then that we are very happy with the product for what we bought it for it makes it very easy to get in and out of our boat now when it's on the trailer.
