Didn't have any problems ordering, or with delivery. I already knew how to replace the part, so that wasn't an issue. The unit was new, and looked very nice. The ONLY issue I had with the unit is that the driver's side temp gauge didn't go up ALL the way (left about 1/8' gap), but there's no problem with the temp of the heat, in spite of this. This unit was least expensive in price, for it being a new unit, instead of it being refurbished, so I definitely recommend.
