My complaint involves shipping. One of the reasons I ordered was because you offered 2nd day air. I paid an additional amount for this approximately $20.00 and yet it came ground. I placed the order on a Saturday, they didn't ship until Tuesday, and didn't arrive until Sunday. It appears I paid for 2nd day air and was given ground. I would appreciate a refund for the difference.

I called customer service to find out if the kit I ordered had everything I needed, I was told to call the manufacturer and they told me yes but was not true. After receiving order I had to order the piece I was asking about now having to wait on that part to install the kit.

Needed a replacement ice scraper and so happy to find the same model I got 20 years ago.
