Edelbrock 8723 Carburetor Spacer 4-Hole 1/2 Inch Phenolic

The Edelbrock 8723 carburetor spacer features an open 4-hole design that increases plenum volume and raises the carburetor away from the intake manifold floor. This additional distance helps improve air/fuel distribution and reduces heat transfer to the carburetor.

Key Features:

• 1/2 inch thickness for optimal spacing
• Wood fiber phenolic laminate construction
• Superior heat insulation properties protect carburetor from engine heat
• Open 4-hole design for maximum airflow
• Increases plenum volume for improved performance
• Compatible with square-bore carburetors

The phenolic material provides excellent thermal insulation between the hot intake manifold and carburetor, helping to prevent fuel percolation and vapor lock issues. This spacer is an economical upgrade that can improve throttle response and overall engine performance.
