With more than 100 years of experience, Sika is a worldwide innovation and sustainability leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, as well as the transportation, marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing industries. Sika has offices in 103 countries with over 400 manufacturing facilities and more than 33,000 employees worldwide.

Founded in Switzerland over 100 years ago, Sika has developed into a technology leader for adhesives, sealants, and acoustic applications, tooling, and composite resins — with success founded on strategic core competencies across a vast range of applications with solutions for production, assembly, and repair. Whether you're a professional installer, a collision repair technician, or a dedicated DIYer, Sika's product ecosystem is engineered to meet demanding real-world performance requirements.

The Sikaflex® Legacy: World-Leading Sealants & Adhesives

Sikaflex® is known as the world's leading brand for elastic one-component adhesives and sealants based on polyurethane (PU) or silane-terminated polymer (STP). Sikaflex® all-in-one sealants have been the choice of the transportation industry globally for interior and exterior sealing, bonding, and waterproofing applications for more than 40 years. The Sikaflex® platform spans everything from body-shop repair and windshield bonding to marine caulking and RV sealing — making it one of the most versatile adhesive sealant families on the market.

A key part of the Sikaflex® story is its caulks & sealants lineup. Backed by unrivalled expertise with automotive applications, the advanced Sikaflex® portfolio of one-component adhesives and sealants has been specifically designed to provide a fast, easy solution in the automotive car body repair process. They are safe to use — not only by professionals but also by DIY enthusiasts — as they are free of isocyanates and other hazardous substances.

Sika Primers: The Foundation of a Lasting Bond

Even the best sealant is only as good as its surface preparation. That's where Sika's dedicated line of primers comes in. Sikaflex primers are special materials formulated to improve the bond of Sikaflex urethane sealants when applied to specific substrates. Sikaflex® Primer-260, for example, promotes adhesion of urethane sealants to various metallic, non-metallic, and plastic substrates. Pairing a Sika primer with the appropriate Sikaflex® sealant is a best-practice approach trusted by professionals in automotive, marine, and construction industries alike.

Sika for Marine & Composite Repair

Sika Marine offers a full line of repair solutions that can be used by repair technicians and conscientious DIY boat owners — including marine sealant and adhesive products for numerous repair applications, as well as products for use in composite repairs.
