This high-solids formula offers excellent substrate adhesion, UV resistance, and water resistance to extend the life of your roof while providing a reflective white finish that helps reduce heat buildup.

• Rain safe in 60 minutes; dry to recoat in 6 hours; full cure in 72 hours at 70°F
• Compatible with metal, single ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, EPDM, and existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coatings
• Apply when surface and air temperatures are between 45°F and 99°F
• Clean up immediately with mineral spirits
