The NewMar BI-200 Battery Integrator is an intelligent charging solution that enables simultaneous charging of multiple battery banks without voltage drop while maintaining complete isolation during discharge. This automatic switching device connects independent battery banks only when charging voltage is present, preventing secondary batteries from draining into primary batteries when the charging source is off.

How It Works:

The BI-200 functions as a smart switch that automatically integrates battery banks when it detects charging voltage of approximately 13.2 VDC or higher from an alternator or battery charger. When voltage drops below 12.8 VDC, the unit disconnects the banks to allow selective discharge. Unlike diode isolators, the Battery Integrator introduces zero voltage drop in the charging circuit, ensuring maximum charging efficiency for all connected batteries.
