order was processed and shipped quickly. The only issue was no shipping or tracking info was provided. Trying to find the info was rewarded with a log-in screen Which would NOT allow me in.

I did contact customer service. I purchased 4 ply tires in error and had to get information on returning them for the E Ply rating. I will be exchanging them for the 10 ply.
