I didn't like the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping and got the item 6 days later from when it was ordered. Keeping in mind there was a holiday during that week.

The only problem that I had was that I did not receive an email back confirming my purchase with an order number. I had to call the Customer service line and your rep was very helpful. My package did take longer to get here than anticipated,
