One of the struts in the kit I purchased is defective in that the cap is a bit lose and rattles while driving. I called in to inquire about warranty and was told that I would have to buy a new one, have the mechanic replace (at my cost) and the. Return the old one for a credit against the kit cost. I think the warranty process should be improved with an eye to make it easier on the customer. Particularly when the part purchased is faulty.
