Factor 55 00250-08 Ultrahook Winch Hook Shackle Mount Green

The Factor 55 Ultrahook is a revolutionary closed-system winch hook designed to deliver the speed of a traditional hook with the safety and functionality of a closed winching system. Originally developed for off-road racing applications, the Ultrahook combines rapid engagement with secure connection for both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes.

Key Features:

• Closed-system design eliminates the risk of accidental hook disengagement during recovery operations
• Shackle pin mount configuration allows quick attachment to standard D-ring shackles
• Compatible with both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes without damaging fibers
• Precision CNC-machined from high-strength aluminum alloy with Type III hard-coat anodized finish
• Large throat opening for easy connection to recovery points and shackles
• Integrated rope retention system keeps the winch line secure during use
• High-visibility green anodized finish for easy visibility in field conditions

The Ultrahook's innovative design provides a safer alternative to traditional open hooks while maintaining the speed and convenience that makes hooks popular for vehicle recovery. The closed-system architecture prevents the hook from accidentally pulling free under load or during cable slack, a common safety concern with conventional winch hooks.
