Factor 55 00095 FlatLink XXL Synthetic Rope Spool 0.875 Pin Diameter

The Factor 55 FlatLink XXL Synthetic Rope Spool eliminates the need for heavy steel thimbles on synthetic winch lines, replacing them with an ultra-lightweight aluminum load spool. Designed with a 0.875-inch pin diameter, this precision-machined aluminum spool provides a secure, low-profile attachment point for soft eye winch line terminations.

Key Features:

• Ultra-lightweight aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight compared to traditional steel thimbles
• 0.875-inch pin diameter compatible with Factor 55 FlatLink XXL and other shackle mount products
• Enables clean "soft eye" winch line attachment without metal-on-metal contact
• Precision CNC-machined for consistent performance and durability
• Smooth radius design prevents synthetic rope damage and abrasion
• Anodized finish for corrosion resistance in harsh off-road and recovery environments

This rope spool is an essential component for modern synthetic winch line setups, providing a reliable connection point while maintaining the weight-saving benefits of synthetic rope. Ideal for off-road recovery, overlanding, and professional rigging applications where minimizing weight at the line end is critical.
