I ordered a specific product, that was advertised, and then received a cancellation notice, and refund, due to the products unavailability. Then, another similar product was sent in its place, that has the same part #. But it isn`t the same, using it. I actually have contacted the manufacturer about them selling their own different product under the same part #. And they have replied saying that the formula for it hasn`t changed, even though the packaging has. But I have the older version and the new version, of their product, and the new, isn`t as effective. I have since re-sent more specific`s on it, and am waiting their reply.
