My order was supposed to contain 4 separate pieces, but the package was not sealed and one piece was missing. I contact customer service and they sent a completely new package. This order was for an aluminum boat drain kit.

Received item quickly and box was very much still intact. I did pay for 2 day shipping. I called and confirmed inventory before ordering and the person that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. I won't hesitate to order from Boatplicity again!
