Expion360 EX-G27-TJ-KIT Group 27 Battery Thermal Jacket & Heater Kit for 100Ah 120Ah LiFePO4

The Expion360 EX-G27-TJ-KIT is a cold weather battery heating and insulation kit engineered specifically for Expion360 E360 Group 27 lithium batteries in 100 Ah and 120 Ah configurations. At approximately 32°F, the battery management system (BMS) inside E360 LiFePO4 batteries will disconnect the terminals to protect internal cells from charge damage — this kit solves that problem by keeping the battery warm enough to continue operating through winter conditions.

The carbon fiber heating element draws power directly from the battery itself, since the BMS permits discharge loads down to approximately -4°F before disconnecting. The included R12-rated nylon thermal jacket traps the generated heat and directs it inward toward the battery cells, maximizing heating efficiency. A convenient peel-and-stick mounting system makes installation straightforward with no permanent modifications required.

Temperature Control: The kit includes a 20A DC master switch for full manual control. Alternatively, leave the system on and the built-in thermostat will automatically activate heating once ambient temperature drops to 45°F — no monitoring required.

Kit Includes:

• Carbon fiber heating pad wrapped in polyethylene foam
• Nylon thermal jacket with polyethylene thermal insulation (R12-rated)
• 20 Amp DC master switch
• Mini blade fuse holder
• 10 Amp mini blade fuse
• 3x 5/16-inch ring terminals
• 2x 3/8-inch ring terminals
