Timbren DF5500 SES Suspension Enhancement System - Front Kit

The Timbren DF5500 SES Suspension Enhancement System is a front suspension upgrade kit engineered for heavy-duty Ram 4500/5500 and Sterling Bullet 45/55 trucks. Designed to work in conjunction with the factory suspension, this kit combats the front-end sag, sway, and bottoming out that can occur under heavy loads from snowplows, heavy-duty bumpers, grille guards, or other demanding front-end weight applications.

At the heart of the DF5500 is Timbren's proprietary Aeon® hollow rubber spring technology. These progressive-rate rubber springs replace the factory bump stops and add a secondary point of axle contact, effectively distributing load stress across four contact points instead of two. As load increases, the springs push back with progressively greater force — delivering a controlled, level ride whether the truck is empty or fully loaded.
